 ----- Metrics

We conventionally designate an item-cluster by the symbol "[ ]" which suggests an analogy with a box or a cluster.

The usage of [1] and [i] will tell if a box may contain items of a real or of an imaginary nature.

We add a box leftwise that is empty or filled by "1" when we have a space or a collection. The possible records being "1" and "nothing", we take the "bit" as the common metric to all.

One more box is left added to indicate a cell denomination "all in one block" and a last one for values.

If one owns current observations and methods, they will not be affected as our conventions only glue a configuration upon and provide only with an extra means to look at.

It shows also that [ ], [1], [i] is a base that enables to construct any configuration of a complete view in so included a map itself, an item-cluster or any object that they may contain.

To be complete we need also to mention the usage already assigned at the sign "x", the "blank space" and the "dot" that will equivalently indicate that the surrounding "bracketed" elements combine.

Combining elements only refer at geometrical superposition as we practiced so far - of course within the respect of the configuration conventions.
